It will be even easier for customers to access content such as service history, visit details, recommendations from our technicians, product details, maintenance progress, and invoices. Timely reporting allows different types of customers to:
- monitor equipment in the rooms and locations where maintenance work is being carried out;
- independently and quickly retrieve the information of interest and the invoices issued for each service performed;
- provide the relevant authorities with specific documentation relating to their fire safety situation;
- ensure that your data is up to date and kept secure.
How does it work?
Smecloud works by using unique barcodes placed and recorded by the handheld devices of Sme Antincendio technicians at various intervention points. All information, services, and recommendations related to periodic fire prevention maintenance services are therefore associated with the intervention location.
The uploaded data is updated and available for consultation on Smecloud, complete with all the information the customer needs for a timely verification of the situation.
Each user is assigned a unique username and password.
This way, data confidentiality is guaranteed and only authorized users can see the data.
Smecloud guarantees high data security and privacy, and was developed in compliance with international GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) and FDA (Food & Drug Administration) 21 CFR-Part 11 guidelines.
