Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the new provisions introduced by Legislative Decree 106/2009 incorporated many concepts already specified in Law 626/1994. These include all those articles that focus on risk prevention in the workplace and consequently require the participation of employers and workers in adopting prevention and protection measures to ensure health and safety in the workplace.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
This multimedia training course for corporate fire safety personnel meets the training objectives set out in Annex IX of the Ministerial Decree of 10 March 1998, Course A for companies with low fire risk (workplaces or parts thereof are considered to be at low fire risk where low-flammability substances are present and local and operating conditions offer little chance of fire starting and where, in the event of a fire, the probability of its propagation is considered limited), in compliance with Article 37, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008.
Course for Workers' Representative RLS title
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
The role of the worker representative is essential for employee safety, and workplace safety regulations require mandatory training to impart the skills necessary to perform this role. For the purposes of individual protection, their role is to represent workers' concerns and identify any anomalies related to each individual activity during supervision. It is therefore extremely important that the worker representative be adequately trained and instructed in risk prevention.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
Article 34, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 provides for the possibility for the employer to directly perform the tasks of the Risk Prevention and Protection Service. Paragraph 2 of the same article stipulates that, to perform these tasks, the employer must attend training courses and periodic refresher courses appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace and related to work activities. The duration, minimum content, and methods of this training for employers were defined in the Agreement of December 21, 2011, by the Permanent Conference for Relations between the State, the Regions, and the Autonomous Provinces.
